Surrounded by majestic mountains such as Mount Fuji, the Southern Alps, and the Yatsugatake Mountains, Yamanashi Prefecture is well know for its nature and its famous water, so much so that it is called "a natural reservoir of water". From the main ingredients to sake brewing and shipping out the products, these certified sake are made with a commitment to Yamanashi, and has passed the two strict certification standards of "GI Yamanashi" and the Yamanashi Prefecture Sake Management System for Designation of Origin.

This GI certified sake flight set includes seven different types of GI certified junmai-shu in easy-to-drink size (180ml): Tanizakura Junmai-shu, Kaiotokoyama Junmai-shu, Shichiken Junmai-shu, Taikan Junmai-shu, Shunnoten Junmai-shu, Sasaichi Junmai-shu, and Kainokaiun Junmai-shu.
These sake are carefully brewed with Yamanashi-grown rice and delicious water from four out of our six water systems (Foot of the Southern Alps Water System, Foot of Yatsugatake Mountains Water System, Northern Foot of Mt. Fuji Water System, and Mt. Fuji / Misaka Water System).
It is the first sake in Japan to pass a strict "two-level" certification process.

These sake are carefully brewed with rice produced in Yamanashi and delicious water from the following sources: soft texture water from the foot of Yatsugatake Mountains or refreshing taste water from the foot of the Southern Alps.

This GI certified sparkling sake flight set includes three different types of sparkling sake in easy-to-drink size (360ml): Shichiken Sparkling Yama no Kasumi, Taikan Wine Yeast Prepared Sparkling, and Kainokaiun Junmai Ginjo Hokuroku Sparkling. These sparkling sake are carefully brewed with Yamanashi-grown rice and delicious water from the foot of the Southern Alps Water System, and the Northern Foot of Mt. Fuji Water System. It is the first sparkling sake in Japan to comply with strict "two-level" certification criteria.
