GI Yamanashi Certified Sake

Discover "GI Yamanashi" certified sake and flight sets that have received Geographical Indication certification.
These sake were produced with domestically grown rice which was brewed with water from the following six water systems:
The foot of the Southern Alps, the foot of Yatsugatake Mountains, the foot of the Chichibu Mountains, the northern foot of Mt. Fuji, Mt. Fuji / Misaka, and the northern foot of Misaka.
It is a sake that has passed the strictest certification standards, and can only be made in the prefecture of Yamanashi.

    This product has won the honor prize twice in a row in the Junmai Kanzake (heated sake) category at the Tokyo Regional Sake Awards held by the Tokyo Regional Taxation Bureau in 2019 and 2020.     "Oyakatasama" is the honorific title of Shingen Takeda, a warlord of Kai in the Sengoku period. This product was created when a historical drama about Shingen was filmed in the local area. It is a full-flavored junmai-shu that is best served cold or lukewarm.
